If you are an onion lover, chances are you will love this method of frying onions. Fried onions make a great topper on a classic burger and work equally well when served as a mouthwatering side dish.

But working with oil can also have its drawbacks – oil spills can leave some stains on your clothes! But I won’t let stains ruin my favorite aprons or shirts! Measurements

  • Whole onions (before peeling) – 1kg
  • Onions (after peeling & coring) – 860gms
  • Onions after slicing – 850gms
  • Oil (used for frying)- 1lts
  • Fried Onions (Yield after frying) – 310gms
  • Total Oil consumed – 100ml
